Collective Care Supports is an independent, community based organisation that delivers personalised support to members of our community with respect, authenticity and care.
With the continual barriers that have been unfairly placed on people with a disability in the Workplace, Collective Care has established a new social enterprise, Mowing & More. In partnership and overseen by our Workplace Champions mentors, Mowing & More shares 100% of profits with our Participants as a source of independent income, whilst providing exceptional quality services at a competitive price to the Sunshine Coast and broader community.
Whilst other organisations have similar programs, not one has been set up with a focus of dispersing all profits directly to the workers. Collective Care will continue to provide opportunities for people with disabilities, to fulfil their lifelong dreams of employment.
