What is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination helps NDIS participants to get the most out of your plan and reach your goals. Support Coordination is known as a “capacity building” support because it is designed to give you the skills and confidence to implement your plan more independently in the future.

Specialist Support Coordination is a higher level of support coordination. Some people have more complex situation requiring specialist support. A specialist support coordinator will help to manage any challenges in the support environment and ensure a consistent delivery of service.
What will our Support Coordination services help you with?
One of our Support Coordination team will work with you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and connect you with community, mainstream and government services. We can support you to negotiate with service providers about the services that they offer and the costs of those services.
Your Support Coordinator will help you to get the most out of your plan by working out the best ways to use your NDIS funding to meet your goals. In addition, your Support Coordinator will support you to prepare for your plan review and that everything possible is included to help your reach your goals.
