This support will assist you to build the skills you need to understand, implement and use your plan.
A support coordinator will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community
Counselling

- Developing a program specifically for your identified goals
- Research, advocacy and referrals to link you to other services
- Providing updates to other services you are engaged in (at your request)
In order to access therapeutic support under the NDIS you do not need a referral, you can contact us directly to arrange an initial appointment or to find out more information.

Independent
Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help with or supervision of daily tasks to help you live as independently as possible, while building your skills. SIL is paid personal supports and commonly used in shared living arrangements. It’s for people with high support needs, who need help at home almost all the time.
Workplace Champions
Supports in the workforce
Workplace Champions Mentor provides employment support to people with a disability by identifying and working towards employment outcomes. Implementing person centered plans and actions to support participants work towards key milestones and develop skills to find and maintain meaningful employment.
